Think of your store as your long-list. You can like & dismiss pieces in it to make it better, as it has clever tech that learns about what you like and don’t like. Also when you dismiss or like an item, it’s stored in your profile so your personal stylist can study it.
Add to your style profile with more answers, photos of yourself or your style inspiration. The more info you give us, the more your stylist will be able to find you pieces you’ll love! There’s no such thing as TMI.

Why do we not hold stock ourselves?
We did, but we found that to truly personalise and find the best secondhand pieces for Circlers, we needed to have a LOT of stock. That’s why we scour all the best resale stores to find you the right piece, so you don’t have to.
That means two things. Firstly, you don’t have to shop around with a thousand tabs open. And secondly, we get to pick the best of the best for you, rather than limiting ourselves to what we have in store. The possibilities are so much better this way!
Why do we work with professional resale partners?
Because we sell really nice pieces, and authenticity is paramount. We also want to give Circlers a great experience, so that means hassle-free returns.
Everything you see on Circler is from vetted resale stores that we’ve worked with for a while, and know well. They’re professional and trustworthy.
Which stores do you source from?
We have handpicked the best ones that offer the best priced luxury pieces, that cover different budgets but always offer great quality. From Circa Vintage for rare, runway pieces, to Sign of the Times for great luxury brands to Sylk for 90s vintage minimalism to Reliked for influencer pieces and My Circular Wardrobe for high end high street.
Our stylists have introduced us to them, as their favourite places to shop. And we’ve tried and tested them for you, so you don’t have to.
You can check our prices and theirs - they’re the same. For you, we’ve negotiated so that you get all the benefits of sales and discounts, but with cheaper shipping through us (or no shipping costs and 5% off all items if you’re an Inner Circler). So it’s cheaper to shop through us than direct, not to mention easier.
Who do I deal with? Circler or the store?
You always deal with us. We provide the styling and the customer care, so you have a personal stylist and consistent service, making sure you don’t get any rude surprises!
Why don’t we do peer-to-peer selling?
Because it’s inconsistent and doesn’t take the slog out of secondhand. Most sellers are fine, but often they over-value what an item is worth, or don’t appreciate feedback or returns. We wanted to avoid headaches for Circler. You can use Vinted for that ;-)
Do you use the same service for your celebrity Circlers as you do non-celebrity?
Yes. 100%. We use WhatsApp, the same stylists, and the same stock. It’s entirely the same experience. The only difference is we may pay for some items if they post about it. But lots of celebrities shop with us without marketing and pay the same price as you do.
How do you pick the stores you work with?
We do a lot of research, and we have dropped quite a few because feedback from customers wasn’t great. We really listen to every single word of feedback - it’s our most important information!
Why do you have a Dismiss feature in the store?
Everyone is used to “Favouriting” an item, but our theory is that when you tell us what you don’t like, it’s even more valuable. That’s why you can get rid of items in your store, that item is saved as one you don’t like, and we learn from it! We also learn from what you favourite and buy.
Do you use AI? If so, where?
We use AI to create your store. Think of it as the long-list that you can browse, and AI will pull it together for you based on your style profile, and what you do in your store (liking, dismissing, buying).
We also tag all the items we get from our retail partners with extra info - like what is appropriate for an apple-shape versus a pear. Or which style an item is so if you’re a Minimalist, you won’t see a Maximalist store.
We do not use AI for your Six Picks. That’s your stylist choosing pieces for you. The only part where AI is present is if you want an Outfit, and then want to see it on a model altogether. The image is created with AI for you.
If you upgrade to 1-2-1 personal styling, that doesn’t use AI either. That’s when you get a box of pieces we pick for you sent to you by a stylist. (Go to Membership Perks to find out more).
Can I cancel Inner Circle anytime?
Yes. Absolutely.
How can I upgrade to Inner Circle or 1-2-1 personal styling?
Go to Membership Perks in the menu.
Where does my data go?
It’s entirely private, anonymous and so is never shared. If you want us to delete your data, just email Lily and that’ll be done within 48 hours. We take your data seriously, so the only person that reads it is your stylist.

Where it all began
The idea for Circler came whilst in Bay Garnett’s kitchen, listening to her talk about the “hunting and rummaging” that goes into finding the perfect preloved piece.
A lightbulb moment! If the “Queen of Secondhand”, ex-Contributing Editor of British Vogue, and pioneer of preloved, Bay Garnett, found it hard to shop secondhand, other women must do too.
So if you actually like spending hours trawling for that needle in the haystack, we’re not for you. But if you’ve a million better things to do, then you’re a Circler, and we’re for you.
